This privacy statement governs how BPTK BrainPower Timo Kinnunen collects, uses, maintains, and discloses information collected from users (each, a 'User') of the BeatStrideNow application ('App'). Personal identification information refers to any information that can be used to identify an individual.

App does not share, sell, or store personal identification information beyond what is required for the functionality of the app.

App requests the following permissions to operate effectively:

Bluetooth – required to scan for, connect to, and receive data from Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) heart rate sensors.

Location access (via GPS, Wi-Fi, or mobile network) – used to record your real-world location alongside heart rate measurements.

This allows features like route tracking and session history.

App stores your heart rate and location data locally on your device in a secure SQLite database. The data is stored securely and <strong>never transmitted, uploaded, or shared without your explicit consent. You have full control over your data. You can delete your heart rate and location data at any time directly within the app.

Additionally, you can export your data as a .zip file and share it at your discretion. This allows you to securely backup or share your heart rate and location data with others.
